September 2019 Impact Report

Good evening,

In September, members of our St. Louis community continued their generosity and gave a total of $5,379.50! When the community comes together, that is when real change can occur.

Our Givable community would like to welcome Nexcore, our newest business member! We are so excited to have you as a part of our giving community and to help your business positively impact local nonprofits.

It is our mission to create an engaged and informed community of lifelong givers. We empower individuals, families and businesses to weave a giving rhythm into their lifestyle that positively impacts local nonprofits. We want to connect with you!

Here are the places you can find us this October:

A Few Nonprofits We Supported Last Month

  • City Greens Market's efforts to provide access to fresh and affordable produce to neighbors and promote healthy living in the community.
  • Gateway 180's goal to provide safe emergency shelter and housing services that empower adults and families to become independent.
  • The Eyeseeme Foundation's mission to create literacy programs and workshops in order to promote literacy and a love for reading among African American households.

Join Us At Our Next Nonprofit Connection

While Givable provides individuals and businesses an easy, affordable, and impactful way to learn about and financially support the work of our region's nonprofits, we created Nonprofit Connection to provide learning and networking opportunities for the people powering those organizations.

Join us on Tuesday, November 19th from 4-7pm at Covo STL. We will be pairing impactful networking and learning opportunities along with delicious food and beverages for the people who fuel our region's nonprofits.

  • Networking w/ food and drinks, 4-7pm
  • Vendor booths, 4-6:30pm
  • Workshop on Nonprofit Fundraising from Rachel D'Souza Siebert with Gladiator Consulting, 5-5:45pm (attendance of the workshop is optional)

  • Metered parking within a block of Covo is available along Pine, 4th, Chestnut, and Broadway.
  • Discounted garage parking is available directly across from Covo Coworking on 4th Street in the Mansion House Garage. Hold onto your parking ticket stub and provide to Givable to receive discounted rates.
